Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and chop broccoli into bite-sized florets. Mince garlic and ginger.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken and cook until golden brown.
  3. Push chicken to one side, add garlic, ginger, and broccoli. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well and cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add green onions and red pepper flakes, stir, and serve immediately over rice or in lettuce cups.
