Method
 

Preparation
  1. Toast the almonds in a dry skillet over medium heat for 4–5 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Hull and slice the strawberries, mince garlic, and thinly slice shallot and red onion.
  3. Mix dressing ingredients in a jar, seal, and shake until emulsified.
  4. Rinse and dry romaine and spinach, then tear into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Assemble salad by dividing greens among bowls, topping with strawberries, feta, red onion, and almonds.
  6. Drizzle homemade vinaigrette over the salad just before serving.
