Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the steak cubes in a single layer for about 2 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes until medium doneness.
  5. Transfer the steak bites to a plate and lower the skillet heat to medium-low.
  6. Add the remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet, stirring gently.
  7. Combine the cooked steak bites back into the pan with the garlic butter sauce.
  8. Plate the steak bites, drizzle with any extra garlic butter, and garnish with parsley.
