Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. In the same skillet, add remaining oil and sauté sliced bell peppers and onions for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
  5. Return seared beef to the skillet and add beef broth or water. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
