Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water (or 3 beers) to a rolling boil. Add in ¼ cup of Cajun seasoning and 2 tablespoons of Old Bay seasoning. Allow the broth to simmer for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add 1.5 pounds of halved baby potatoes and 4 halved corn on the cob. Cook them for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  3. Add 1 pound of jumbo shrimp, 1 pound of snow crab clusters, and 1 pound of sliced andouille sausage to the pot. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  4. In a small pan, melt ½ cup of butter. Once melted, add 4 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes.
  5. Carefully drain the pot and place contents on a large serving platter. Drizzle the homemade garlic butter sauce over the seafood and vegetables.
  6. Garnish with freshly cut lemon wedges and serve family-style.
