- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, ground pepper, and optional bacon.
- Roll out the puff pastry to a rectangle about ¼ inch thick. Spread the cream cheese mixture on one half.
- Fold the pastry over the filling to create a sealed pocket and crimp the edges.
- Slice the folded pastry into 10-12 strips, each about 1 inch wide.
- Twist each strip from both ends to create a spiral and place on the prepared baking sheet.
