  2. Add Wet Ingredients: Incorporate softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract into the dry ingredients. Blend together until creamy.
  3. Combine Well: Stir the mixture thoroughly, adding milk if too dry until manageable but not sticky.
  4. Roll into Balls: Scoop out spoonfuls of the dough and roll them into 1-inch diameter balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Coat (Optional): Roll each ball in pink or red sprinkles or extra crushed freeze-dried strawberries immediately after rolling.
  6. Chill: Place the balls in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
