Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup of softened butter. Using an electric mixer, beat until creamy. Add 1 egg and mix until incorporated. Gradually blend in 1 box of strawberry cake mix until sticky yet smooth.
  2. Cover the mixing bowl tightly with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Roll chilled dough into 1-inch balls and coat in powdered sugar.
