Method
 

Step‑By‑Step Instructions
  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper evenly on both sides.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat with a splash of oil.
  3. Cook the seasoned chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Flip the chicken and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Wash and slice the cucumber, bell peppers, and carrots into thin strips.
  7. Thinly slice the chicken and toss with sweet chili sauce in a mixing bowl.
  8. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  9. Assemble the wraps by placing chicken and vegetables on tortillas and rolling tightly.
  10. Cut wraps in half diagonally and serve.
