Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) to bake the potatoes thoroughly.
  2. Wash and dry the russet potatoes thoroughly, poke holes in each potato, and wrap in aluminum foil.
  3. Place the wrapped potatoes directly onto the oven rack and bake for about 1 hour.
  4. In a skillet, cook the lean ground beef over medium-high heat for about 6-8 minutes, then add taco seasoning.
  5. Once the potatoes are done, slice them open and fluff the insides, then stuff with seasoned ground beef.
  6. Top with cheddar cheese, lettuce, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, and green onions.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
