Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Combine shredded cheddar cheese with ranch dressing in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Stir the cheese mixture into the beef mixture until well combined.
  6. Spoon the mixture into phyllo tart shells and arrange on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or longer if using frozen tart shells.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving with toppings like sour cream or jalapeños.
