Cooking Instructions

  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, drizzle in one tablespoon of olive oil, and cook one pound of ground beef or turkey for 4 to 5 minutes until browned.
  3. Add one can of drained and rinsed black beans and taco seasoning to the skillet. Simmer for about 5 minutes to combine flavors.
  4. Remove the rice from heat and let sit for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
  5. Assemble your Taco Rice Bowl with a scoop of rice, topped with the meat and black bean mixture.
  6. Add fresh toppings like shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, salsa, cilantro, and lime.
