Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, sea salt, and black pepper. Form into 12 equal-sized patties.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Season to taste and refrigerate.
  3. Toast the mini brioche buns cut-side down in a skillet over medium heat until golden.
  4. Heat olive oil in the same skillet and cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and internal temp reaches 160°F.
  5. Assemble sliders: spread garlic aioli on the bottom bun, add lettuce, a patty, cheese, and pickled cucumber, then top with the other half.
