- Start by allowing your cream cheese and salted butter to sit at room temperature for about 1 hour.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the granular Swerve sweetener, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Add the softened cream cheese and butter, and blend using an electric mixer on medium speed for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the creamy batter into round silicone molds, filling about 16 molds and tapping to eliminate air bubbles.
- Transfer the molds to the freezer and allow them to freeze for a minimum of 2 hours.
