Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over low heat.
  3. Add 10 ounces of mini marshmallows to the saucepan, stir until melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon zest and lemon extract.
  5. Add 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal, folding gently until well coated.
  6. Transfer to the prepared pan, using a buttered spatula to spread evenly.
  7. Melt 1 cup of white chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second intervals.
  8. Drizzle melted chocolate over the cooled bars.
  9. Let cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  10. Cut into squares and serve.
