Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and scrub sweet potatoes under cool water. Slice them thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sweet potato slices with avocado oil, ensuring coverage. Sprinkle Everything But the Bagel seasoning and toss for even distribution.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange seasoned sweet potato slices in a single layer and cook for 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  4. Once golden-brown, carefully remove chips and allow to cool on a wire rack for a few minutes.
  5. In a bowl or food processor, blend cream cheese, Dijon mustard, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and almond milk until smooth and creamy.
  6. Transfer the creamy dip to a serving bowl, arrange chips around the dip, and serve.
