  2. Pour batter into a heatproof dish, cover, and steam over boiling water for about 20 minutes until translucent.
  3. Allow dough to cool for 10 minutes, then knead in oil (or butter) and optional dragon fruit juice.
  4. Pinch off small pieces of dough, flatten into circles, and add banana pieces in the center.
  5. Gather edges of dough around banana, pinch to seal, and form a ball.
