Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all marinade ingredients and stir until well blended.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag, pour half of the marinade over them, seal, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Let the chicken sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking.
  5. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and arrange marinated chicken on it.
  6. Bake chicken for 25 to 30 minutes until it reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Simmer reserved marinade in a saucepan over medium heat for about 10 minutes until thickened.
  8. Brush the baked chicken with thickened marinade and broil for 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
