Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine all marinade ingredients and stir until well blended.
- Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag, pour half of the marinade over them, seal, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Let the chicken sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and arrange marinated chicken on it.
- Bake chicken for 25 to 30 minutes until it reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Simmer reserved marinade in a saucepan over medium heat for about 10 minutes until thickened.
- Brush the baked chicken with thickened marinade and broil for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
